“Note senza tempo” dal 2019 is a music festival that aims to spread ancient music in the city of Sassari, Sardinia. Founded with the collaboration of regional educational institutions and international festivals, aims to promote both local and international artists. The first edition, held in 2019, offered seven free concerts in historic churches in the city and a harpsichord masterclass. The event involved 80 artists and attracted further 1500 people. The festival stood out for its attention to eco-sustainability, using QR codes for programs instead of printing paper materials. Furthermore, provided educational opportunities, such as scholarships for music students and young people who collaborate with the organization. Social media promotion contributed to the success of the festival, with thousands of members from groups specializing in ancient music. Since then further 200 they were the artists and ensembles who took turns on our stages in Sassari but also in the extraordinary neighboring municipalities rich in history.
Programs for 2025.
Many news of this seventh year, that of continuity. Our presence in European network of early music festivals REMA which accredits further 250 festivals throughout Europe confirms the quality of our programs and highlights Timeless Notes among European festivals, giving great visibility to the city of Sassari and Sardinia. Another important novelty that distinguishes this seventh year concerns not only the dislocation in the neighboring municipalities of Sassari of the ten concerts that began successfully last year, but their execution throughout the entire calendar year.
As for the actual festival, the sixth edition it had a preview in January with the Spanish ensemble La Guirlande. But there will be many concerts at which we await you. Collaboration with l’accademia C.Galan it will allow us to organize, as always, masterclasses for students and study days with seminars open to citizens. The organization of our festival will allow the valorization of cultural heritage, as well as sustainable tourism development and economic growth, both of the community and of the territory, also valorising those smaller municipalities that, despite the excellence and the role played in enhancing cultural identity, they are often excluded from the most attractive tourist routes. Collaboration with institutions is strengthened, not least the one with the Music Conservatory “L. Hemp” and the musical high school “D.A. Azuni”.
We then have an important anniversary to celebrate: This year marks twenty years since the foundation of the Dolci Accenti Association, twenty years of concert activity, record recordings and organization of musical events, including those of an informative nature, aimed at everyone and especially young people. We want to always continue on this path and improve ourselves thanks to your suggestions and presence, a birthday that we want to celebrate with you!
Now all we have to do is immerse ourselves in the sound dimension and let the emotions that music evokes pass through us, suspend our worries and return home with a refreshed spirit.
And now? WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU !!!
